hi,

diamond area ? this could be the problem, too thick and too diamond.

my gp's have a rounded transition onto the blade both width and thickness and the width increases in 6 cms to full width and the thickness is reduced as quickly, but not too far - it slowly slowly tapers along the full blade length to a sharpish tip.

hope this helps

greetings,

risto
