Never was happy with the 7 oz skin on Long Shot. It faded badly, it loosened up, looked like a raisin, ect. However I love this boat. it is by far my favorite design. I knew a long time ago that I was going to have reskin this one to ever be happy with it. I had an event coming up and I didn't want to take it the way it looked but I did want to show it. So I decided it was time to reskin.

While it was apart I modified the frame to remove that frame from hitting my calf muscle and repairing a deck stringer I cracked when I sat on it to steady to boat while someone got in. That is why I love lashing! Just cut the lashing, replace the part and relash.
