: Um...what did I say that seemed to mean that my feet would be at a
: 90 degree angle with my legs??

: Bill H.

I *think* that this:

"Actually the traditional Greenland boats anyway didn't have foot braces, so there's tons of room for the feet to stretch out into.

Might take a bit of time for most people to get used to having their feet in that position for long, stretching exercises help alot.

Bill H. "

is what he was referring too, and I further *think* that it was construed as meaning having your feet other than 90 degree's is somehow unnatural. If I am reading it all correctly then the post you are replying to was just pointing out that it is pretty normal for your feet to "fall" forward, and I further suppose that the hardest part to adapt to is the whole knees on the ground. many of us modern day people with sedentary life styles are way to tight for that to be normal or comfortable....... and like you pointed out, stretching can help to alleviate that.

I don't want to start a semantics war or anything, and if I am wrong please feel free to ignore me, I just thought as I was reading all of the posts they all made sense, and seemed logical.
