Hi Gisela,

I'm afraid I'm still in the very beginning stages. Right after I got started I had to have surgery for a detached retina and am just now getting back to it. I've got my stations set up and am about to glue up my inner and outer stems. I think my epoxy has aged out however and may have to buy some new before I can do that.

I had one strip ripping "party" before my surgery but still have more to do. I plan to use full length strips along the shear and wing it from there, using the wood that I have.

When you say you're stalled at the cutting and refitting, do you mean the stuff on pages 11 and 12 of Joe's Instructions? That does look tricky. There are several guys on the forum who have build Goldens. Maybe one of them can help you. You can also call or email Joe. He's always willing to help.
