Strip: Outer Island paddle report *PIC*

Hi Paddlers and Builders

I am enjoying my OI so very much that I wanted to give a paddle report. Last weekend I went out on a local reservoir. The reservoir is pretty good size but not so very deep. There were ski boats and some good wind. The water on the wind word side (if that is the right word) became quite choppy and confused with waves going all directions. I had a great time out there with no worry about the waters. The OI just seemed to paddle right through even the worst of it. With waves breaking over the bow and the side they seemed to roll right under the hull and I felt more control than I ever expected. I am thrilled with my Outer Island Kayak to say the very least. Jay Babina's design is just incredible. It is just what I wanted in my kayak.

Thanks Jay, she is so sweet.
