: My hatches are warping after several months of paddling. I have
: them held on with under deck bungies and have hatch stiffiners.
: They are no longer flush with the deck. Anybody have any luck
: returing a hatch back close to its shape? If not, I'll put two
: nicely done buckle hold downs on that will make them sit flush
: again. I was wondering if anybody else has had this problem, so
: I can fix it on the next boat i'm building.

if the hatches are warping in line with the stiffeners, then they aren't stiffin' it enough, heh heh - so add some more stiffening or more depth. If the hatches are warping across the stiffeners, then something is needed in that direction also. I would venture that stiffeners aren't a one shot cure - often one has to readjust - especially toward the hatch edges where the hatch curve tends to straighten versus that of the continuing corresponding curvature of the deck.
