Yep, I'm using my first double paddle on the canoe, Aquabound with an aluminum shaft, tough paddle but heavy, it's also the longest one I've got, think it's a 230. Works but it's very heavy. I bought a foxwerks (sp?) bent shaft paddle and am enjoying that most of the time on that boat, amazingly light and was cheap :)
