: For some time I've been wondering if it would be possible to build a SOF that
: could be warped at will -- as with pedals -- so the hull would have enough
: curve to serve as a rudder, or "trim rudder," perhaps. Or, maybe
: the skin at the stem could be forced outward enough to cause
: drag/deflection on the side to gain some advantage.

: Even if possible, it may not be practical. But, I'd like to know if anyone
: has thoughts on the matter, or if any work has been done like this in the
: past.

Sounds kinda like a Trak. Do a web search for Trak kayaks.
