Excellent suggestions. Running a protective sheath thru a hole in the bumper then tying off rope on a cleat, cleat then covered is a current direction. There is room here for wire led by rope. Asking Earl's, Aeroquip, Gates et al is in order. Possible a premium hose to these specs....
Two rear guys may run thru conduit with hose inside, rears appearing self supporting. I began looking for graded small diameter pipe but the price eeeyow!
2mm 1/19 wire eh ?
