Considering the time of year, can't you move the project outside? Or perhaps two fans, one blowing fumes out and a fresh air intake window fan. I would think either of those plus a good mask would totally protect you. Allergies are tough to diagnose and you might just be ill and fighting something having nothing to do with the epoxy. It would be worth moving outside if possible. You could work under a cheap tarp over some 2 x 4's or a clothes line type of set-up.
