Lee,

I do not wan't to scare the living daylights out of you, but any allergy is to be taken seriously. This is because once you got (an) allergy, you will become more suscepticle to other allergies and worsening to the allergy(ies) you've already got. This only happens, if you are exposed to the allergens, causing your allergy, but may happen acutely. Meaning the only "cure", is to stay unexposed.

An allergy will rarely (if ever) be cured.

I have multiple allergies, ranging from fir trees, dust mites, cats & dogs. One thing that gives me flu-like symptoms are, when we are burning those decorative oil-lamps or candles, in the winter, so we have stopped doing that. But if that is allergy or CO-deprivation (best guesses) i cannot tell. Open windows certainly helps.

I'm not a doctor, so i cannot say, if your symptoms are allergy related, but they sound so, so go visit one and get a professional opinion.

Take care,

Jesper

: I'm building what will probably be my last epoxy construction due to flu like
: symptoms following exposure, no skin contact simply being in a shop space
: with epoxy and mixing it. Curious if there are more severe medical
: consequences that I'm risking if I am able to push on through this project
: if I get into a series of 6hr recovery periods where I feel like I need to
: curl up in a ball afterwards.

: This isn't an issue of skin contact or respiration,,I can feel it in my face
: like a mild sunburn. I'm exercising more so there's some crossover
: soreness but the flu like symptoms are stronger at an earlier stage than
: before.
