This probably isn't the place for this question and boat but here goes. I was looking for a small used aluminum Jon boat to use for spraying my pond but they were hard to find and sky high in price. But I can build this 4x8 foot Puddle Duck "PDRacer" class sailing boat as my spraying boat and sail it also, a two for one thing. I have a nice leeboard I could use with this boat but I was thing of putting big skegs on the PDR in place of the leeboard but didn't know if it would work and hadn't found anyone who had done this. Then I found this picture on one in the UK and the captions was they were highly popular there with the skegs. But I can't find any in the UK at all to find out how well they work. Does anyone have any thought on this.
