: I am about to do the end pour on my great auks. I am using west epoxy and am
: wondering how much to pour. Any help out there would be greatly
: appreciated.

I add a small block of shaped cedar at the tip of the stems to have a solid point to drill
holes for grab loops.

If you are past this option, you can cut down on weight and kayak balancing acts by soaking
a small sponge in epoxy, attach it to a long stick and poke it into you stem.
