Skin-on-Frame: Hatches? *LINK*

I know this has come up before but I was looking at hatches for a skin boat. While I am not crazy about the look some people want hatches and I understand that. I have to say one would be nice to access the small area behind me on my new boat.

I was looking at this new(?) hatch from Hobie. I saw a similar one a new boat and looks like the locking method would keep from stressing the skin as a Beckson screw on hatch would. Any thoughts? Other than is going to be ugly? :)

Installation looks fairly straight forward.
