I honestly don't remember all the details.
I'll move my snow blower, bucket of snow melter and ice skates and get the kayak down from the seiling and take a couple pictures...

It would be a good excuse to tend to the remaining details before it gets "warm".

For the back rest I used cove and bead strips to match a curve that I cut out of 2 pieces of MDF. It was easy to glue and clamp that way.

I believe it was one padeye centered under the back of the deck and two holes on each cheek plate...
