Strip: Heart surgery is done.

Heading home from the hospital tomorrow! Had a mitral valve successfully repaired. Really excited to go home tomorrow, because I have a Spring Run L by Redfish waiting to be stripped.

Started the project (strongback, and stations,Got the strips cut too!) before the surgery, so that I can have a project during the rehab that will allow me to see results each day. Sometimes in my line of work (youth ministry coaching) I don't see results and sometimes the soreness of recovery feels slow and invisible.

A Kayak is clear and visible. The wood smells good and the garage is warming as spring comes. Sounds like therapy to me! I am ready to get home!

Sharp planes and percocet seem like an interesting combo as well.
