Epoxy: How much needed for Yost SOF?

OR- how long does it last? I'm building a Sea Flea 11 for my daughter now. I've cut the frames out for a Sea Tour 17R and have grandiose vision of building a 20/double at some point in the future.

On his page, he indicates that the cross sections, stems and coaming should be coated in epoxy w/ double coats on the plywood edges. I'll also need thickened epoxy for gluing the stringers in place. I haven't yet decided if I'm going with screws/pegs OR with fillets.

I'm completeyl clueless-- does anyone have any idea how much epoxy that I'll need?

And, can you point me in the direction of what I should buy? I'm pretty local to Sweet Composites (www.sweetcomposites.com) and to CLC; so I could order from them and go pick up whatever.

Anyway, any ideas/thoughts/opinions/you're stupid comments are welcome. :-)
