: Mine were cut around 6" wide, seems to work ok. How close to the center
: depends on if you want to have them hold your butt in the seat or if you
: want to pad them with minicell foam (I find that more comfy). They are
: just outboard of your butt while seated in the boat, so that detirmines
: the location. Also usually are used to hold the back band in place
: (assuming you use one) so has to be forward of the seat back to do that.
