Sorry to hear that but it's been several days since I called and they have lost any future business from me. If Cory can't call me back about a problem I will just buy from someone else. I have waited to say anything but this is pitiful customer service! He lost my business and I will not recommend them either.

I just ordered dye from someone else. Jacquard doesn't seem to sell direct but so I bought from another supplier. Should be here next week and maybe I can this boat done and on the water.
