Hi Bryan!

How high did you end up making the rear deck? Im very confident that layback rolls will be so much easier now, but I opted for a high foredeck, I just hope it doesnt obstruct too many rolls. Well, im probably not flexible enough anyway ;)
But yes, it feels great! It was the easiest stripper I have build yet, so if anyone has the cash I wouldnt mind handing it over to build another one. Then I would have the cash to buy all materials at once, so lack of funds dont hold up the building.
But any way, Im in for some great teaching in 8 days. A freind of mine, a great roller, is teaching a class on sculling brace and that sort of tecniques, and he has invited me along, so we can work on the handroll after the teaching of sculling is finished. He taught me the butterfly roll very fast, so Im hoping for some good results. I help him out building a Black Pearl in exchange. Im looking forward to trying that out too.

Happy new year btw!

Gennie
