S&G: Fishing Specific kayak Plans?

I have been a lurker all over the net in fishing forums and site - I admit it. I am dying to get into the kayak fishing craze but am not able to purchase a prefabbed-plastic-thing. I don't like their price and I would rather put some of my amateur woodworking skills to task.

I am used to bass fishing from a solid bass boat and trout fly fishing while wading. I am looking for a wooden kayak alternative that I can take pride in the craftsmanship and get to some of the smaller backwaters that TN affords.

I am looking for a plan that affords the following:
* Either sit on top or larger open style
* ~ 12'
* Ability to outfit w/ rod holders, anchor system, and accessories
* Light and easy to transport

Can anyone point me in a direction for a specific fishing style kayak? I am getting frustrated and turned around trying to find something that has fishing in mind.
