I can see how that would be, i stripped my Petrel in 2 weekends minus the coaming and stems work. Too many cracks to fill for cosmetics afterwards
but yes i could do it that way fairly quickly i think. 1.25" wide strips help.

I was looking at spraying styrofoam with rhino liner...
