Yes, we're on the same page again, I plan a single chine on the inside face of the hulls as well, not sure where what height. I'm spoiled in NYC, there are half a dozen high-end lumber shops - I decided to use 1/2" marine ply, pricey, but the boat won't need much. The stringers will be clear WRC and I'm going to worry about the crossbars later. Did you ever use the new West System G/flex epoxy adhesive? It seems like it might be very good for the frame-stringer attachments - but I'm an epoxy rookie, so maybe am overthinking it.
