Just an update reminder of the second annual "Meet at the Beach" that is scheduled for Sunday, May 25th at Barnet Marine Park in Burnaby, B.C. Last year there were over a dozen wood strip, stitch and glue, and canvas boats. So far it looks like we will have several Redfish designs including several Spring Runs and a King, brobably several Bear Mountain boats including the Endeavour, several models of Pygmy's including a double, several boats of my own designs; Bjossas, Skanas and the newest Springer. Skins boats to include several Robert Morris designs and possibly Robert Morris himself, possibly a few cedar canvas canoes and maybe even a full birch bark canoe. Add a couple of designs from One Ocean and Laughing Loon and we have an all around showing. Even a few crossing the border to attend and participate. More info at printable link below

Ps. reminder for anyone coming north across the border to make sure to bring identification and proof of ownership. The transport of boats across without proof of ownership can be lengthy and frustrating, resulting in long delays and even possible refusal, so be prepared.
