Wow--that's some really good information on possiblities. I'm just in the dreaming phase, not even planning really yet, but it sounds like perhaps one could build a boat quite reasonably. I'm thinking maybe a really lightweight spruce-type frame sealed between layers of fiberglass...Thanks, all.
