Hello all,
Finished the deck recess and a seal coat on the deck this weekend. I had a lot of grain runout that I could have avoided, had I looked the scource plank over better. The strips were very brittle, don't know why, some areas cracked, chipped away when faired/sanded, don't know why,(runout?)
Well, it looks ok now, after filling the cracks, and seal coat.
Considering an "onlay". Should I apply now, or can I put it over the glass, under a small piece of glass later. The reason I pose the question is that the "onlay" is not ready, and it could be a few days 'till I get it ready.
Could I just wait for the 'glass till then? What will I have to do to ready the sealcoat for glass after a few days? I'm using Raka 127/350.
Thanx in advance, Steve
