Randy, the Arctic Hawk kit has the interior panels preglassed with 4oz. I built four CLC kits with the interior deck panels preglassed and bent while soft, one had a 14" radius deck beam with a 1/4"x 3/16" longitudinal stringer on the 4mm foredeck with 4oz glass on the bias on that, with 4oz on the top it's possible to walk down it. Another one of the boats was the pax20 prototype with an 11" bend and preglassed 3mm ply. I don't think slight bends matter with cured epoxy and okoume, and with tighter bends and soft epoxy it's no problem,,there was no lifting or whiting of the glass on the underside of the 11" radius beam.
