I have no specific knowledge of what it is. I'm guessing some type of rubber. It is similar to a FolBoat. This boat could be disassembled and then the 'skin' could be folded, so whatever coating is on the hull has to be flexible. The color is silver.

The only other clue I could give is that there was that the hull would be waxed as routine maintenance.
