Well....depends. If it's a true hard chine withe the hull and side coming to a point I suppose it's only a little more difficult, you do have three places that now require tapered strips, the keel, the bottom at the chine and the side at the chine, and maybe the gunnel depending on how the deck attaches to the hull.

I just built Laughing Loon's Disko Bay and a round bottom (soft chine?) hull would be far easier to build. The tightly rounded chine requires pretty tiny strips, think mine were 3/8" wide to have a chance to plank it. Takes more time cutting strips, you don't cover much 3/8" at a time and much more time striping it. Pretty though and interesting handling :)
