I'm seeking opinions on two kayaks plus the Igdlorssuit. I'm trying to pick what to build next. It will be built cedar strip style and I'm trying to finish it before the end of October. If anyone has opinions, please, post them. I'm looking for a kayak that turns great, rolls easy, and is fun to paddle for day trips. And can handle steep Lake Superior waves.

The boats that I'm looking at are:

1.Pilgrim Monument Museum kayak drawn in Mark Starr's Building a Greenland Kayak on page 115.
2.Ken Taylors Igdlorssuit kayak.
3.Southwestern Greenland kayak, 1883, Figure 206 from Adney & Chapelle on page 210.

Right now, I'm most drawn to the Pilgrim Museum kayak, but the volume in the stern seems very low. It's drops just under 5". I don't have the Pilgrim kayak modeled yet, so I didn't include it in the image below. I'm not sold on the high stems of the Figure 206 kayak.

Anyone build any of these before? Any Opinions? Any help is very much appreciated.
