ok, thanks for that. I agree, it's a different setup to what I'm thinking so I still need to test - and I'm feeling less and less inclined to go ahead.

Yep. I'll do some tests and post the results. I'm not working next week so might get a chance to put some test pieces together. Then I'll leave them till about the end of January and do some heat tests. I'll post any interesting results after that.
