The biggest guy I have seen in one of my kayaks was about 6'-4" with size 13 feet. He got in with his shoes on and said he had room to spare. While I find this hard to believe, someone your size should be OK as long as you sit with your heals together and your toes pointed outward. This is the usual position.

If you want to raise the deck, you can. It will not effect the performance much, but can give you more room.
