The thermarest pad that comes with the Pygmy kits is quite comfortable, but I want to be "fitted" better to my Coho so I can learn to roll and brace. If you want a really nice cushion seat, look at the thermarest kayak seat. It is much nicer than the stadium seat supplied with kits. It's a combination of foam and a thermarest pad.

The way Pygmy attaches seat is with small strips velcro glued(contact cement) to seat and floor.

My original question is which minicell foam is better for seats: L200 or M200 is still unanswered
