I took a look at the html and there doesn't look like there is anything wrong with it, as far as formatting goes. I even removed the image borders and height/width tags to see if the images would display completely. It look like the problem lies in the transfer of the images from your Mac to the server. As someone else recommended, check the file sizes in both locations to make sure that they are the same.
