Well, Nolan, you just about nailed it down! Stephen, he's talking about author George Putz. The name will locate the book easily enough. George has a very readable style, and covers building from the ground up. A section on repair is included, as well as canvasing a new boat. Check it out, you'll want to have a copy in your shop.
