> philips@magicnet.net I have built a few of the clc boats and I have set the clamps up both ways. This may come late but if you have not installed your sheer clamps set them up 1/4"above the plywood, put the deck beam flush with the top of the clamp and the forward beam should sit down 1/4" Then all you have to do is bevel the clamps, stop when you start to cut into the plywood. Have fun.
