coaming fix

I have been struggling with sprayskirts for my CLC chesapeake for a while now. I don't know what it is, but everything I have tried is either way too leaky or so tight that I can't get it off even when sitting upright on dry land. I think part of the problem is the right angle with the large overhang where the top of the coaming meets the coaming wall.

I previously tried rounding out coaming lip by slipping a stretch of lengthwise-slit tubing onto lip. This worked OK, but not great, and kept coming off and loosening and just was more of a headache than it was worth. Someone responded to that post, so I just wanted to update with my current fix which seems to work very well.

I took some weatherstripping, more or less the same stuff used for the hatches, and ran that around the entire length of the coaming wall. My formerly leaky spray skirt (which has the advantage of being loose enough to come off w/o any hassles) now admits virtually no water.
