> Do you have more details or a drawing of your rudder? Mike, I use 3/32 aluminum for the rudder blade and the control horns and cut it to shape with a hand sabersaw. The horns for the cables are bent over a 2x4 with a hammer. The plastic is a high density plastic we use for sled runners. I cut circles from 1/8 inch stock to go between the rudder horns and a block from 1/2 or 5/8 inch stock to mount the rudder to the boat. You can probable find a picture of a feathercraft rudder on their page or on Cheasapeake Light Kayaks page.
