Hello, I am building Nick's guillemot. I have almost finnished milling my strips, now before I lay out my forms on the stongback, I was wondering if I added as little as three or four inches to the lenght(mostly in the middle) would this have my desired affect and make the kayak a little better tracking and perhaps a touch faster or am I just going to mess up a good design by playing with it. Has anyone made this kayak longer? If so how doid it go? thanks
