That's exactly what they look like. They weren't there before I did the end pour, but they were afterward. They are caused by excess compressive stress. Just bend a piece of scrap layup and you'll see them start showing up. The strands of glass buckle and delaminate when compressed and it doesn't help that the fibers are already bent from going over and under the weave. That's why plain weave isn't as good non-woven cloth.
