In Response To: wet wood: the soggy strip dilemma (Tom Murphy)

As the first post sugested I would definity spread them out put some strips of any wood cross wise to separate the layers and dry them out. Rot is not the issue here but shrinkage may be a factor if you use them right away and some are very wet. As stated before they are very thin and should dry in a matter of days or definitly a couple of weeks. Any warm dry shaded area with ventilation will work just fine. Wood is a wonder full thing,Steve.
