Look at RWO Lance Cleats, available from West Marine (www.westmarine.com) as Model 167411 or 167403 (right and left handed respectively), $12.99 each (still, cheaper than double cam cleats). These are single cam cleats with the cam vertical (cam on one side, roller fairlead on the other). I've used them for control lines, they work well.

: I have a little spring loaded cam cleat that looks like it would work with
: line up to about 3/8 inch. I am using it on a 1/8" line for a drop
: skeg and it works great! Does anyone know where I can get another one? I
: found the doubble cam ones used on sail boats but I want another single
: cam one.
