Hi Mike,

I'm planning on one loosly based on the CLC design with the crossmember made from 1 1/2" square aluminium, boat supports of 1" round aluminum tubing (salvaged from a rooftop TV antenna), 2"X2" aluminium angle for the axle bolt supports. Make it so the wheels are easily removed, and the boat supports swivel so they line up with the cross member for storage. The unit should fit easily in a hatch.
Hope the description isn't too confusing.

Mike Allen (I think) posted some impressive drawings of some ideas for carts that were mostly wheels and nylon webbing some time ago. Maybe somebody will post a link.

Good luck,

Ken

: Does anyone know where I can get drawings for a kayak cart. The archives
: don't show anything. I'm looking for something different than the CLC one.
: I would like it to break down and stow inside the boat. Thanks!
