Depending on where you live, fiberglass can be purchased at boating supply or hardwood supply outlets.

In Portland Oregon, there is a West Marine (among many other marine oriented stores) that has a variety of fiberglass available. We also have Cross-cut hardwood which has fiberglass on the roll. Look for a store that sells epoxy. If they've got the one, they most likely have the other.

As far as mail order goes, my favorite is Raka. They have excellant prices, service and product. I am currently using Raka product exclusively for my fiberglass and epoxy needs.
