In Response To: Canned Seats for a Kayak (Scott Dollmeyer)

Hi Scott;

The sequence is as shown on my web site. I glassed over the fillets while they were still curing, within an hour or so. After you lay up the glass, let it cure overnight.

When laying up glass strips, tape some wax paper to your bench and squeegee the resin into the strips one or two at a time, and lay them up by smoothing them in place with your (gloved) hands. Don't try to apply resin to the layup, only the strips of cloth.

Best Regards,
Spidey
