Router Speed

: Nick mentioned splintering Jason and you will probably get that happening with any router at full speed. Harbor Freight sell a little current adjuster which will fix that problem. You want to feed the strip into the cut direction, not against the cutter, at 75% power. (about $20 from Harborfreight.com)
