If it is surface blush you should be able to wash it off with soap and water and maybe a scotch-brite pad. If this does not work then it is probably a deeper blush within the resin. You may have to sand deeper to get rid of it.

: Help! I live in southeast Alaska where the weather changes by the hour. While
: completing a pair of cape charles-type plywood kayaks last summer, the
: West systems 205 epoxy cured with a lot of opaque streaking on one of the
: 2 boats. The nicer finish was applied on a warm sunny day and the epoxy
: cured rapidly. The latter boat was done on a wet foggy day and took
: FOREVER to dry, leaving orange runs and an unsightly white surface. Is
: this just amine surface blush or does the layer need to be completely
: sanded off and re-applied on a warm day? Or did I mix the epoxy wrong?
: Thanks, Rich
