Yeah, tell me about it. Though I have to admit that rubbing oil into a newly made paddle is basically a labor of love.

Really? That's great, since it's much easier to find than satin varnish.

All four at one shot. You end up with a stack of tape on either end of the 'glass strips, but I don't saturate the glass that far down, so it's no big deal to trim it off before shaping the epoxied glass.
