There was quite a thread on design rights awhile back. Obviously, Nick intends us to build by drawing up our own forms. Out of curiosity, how do authors like Nick and Chris K. interpret copyright laws on those of us who choose not to buy plans? My own feelings are that, out of favor for the author I would be inclined to purchase materials from him where feasible, but as this is published data no further "royalties" are due.
