For the loose strips if you can fit a piece of paper in the gap you can glue it. Put some yellow carpenters glue on the strip joint that's loose, put up from below to spread it and use a piece of paper to push the glue into the gap.

Make sure the strip edges are aligned as the glue dries.

For the other gaps in the B&C, if they're more than a 1/32" fill them.
